Our group seeks to harness a variety of approaches to characterize patient specific biomarkers to ultimately inform clinical decisions including:
1. Genotyping and gene expression profiling of tumor tissue and circulating nucleic acids
2. Inherited risk of cancer and other diseases
3. Imaging based metrics
